When a booking is made, an email confirmation will be sent immediately.
Please check the details carefully, and advise us if any details are incorrect.
A deposit of £30.00 per booking will be debited from your card. Should it be declined, or details are incomplete, your booking will be cancelled and we will contact you. The card must be valid for the dates booked.

We cannot guarantee specific rooms on 1 night only bookings.
Please note we have a 2 nights minimum stay.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation with less than 3 days notice may incur the full cost of the booking unless we are able to re-let the room.
Curtailment of a stay will be liable for the full amount of the booking unless we are able to re-let the room/s.
Please consider taking out holiday insurance, particularly for winter bookings.
We cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
Departure / Arrival arrangements
Check-in time is between 3pm and 6pm.
Rooms not occupied by 6pm may be re-let unless we have been notified in advance.
Arrivals outside of this must be arranged 24 hours in advance.
Our Check out time is 10.00 am
To comply with legislation smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Failure to observe this policy will result in your being asked to leave and a £50.00 cleaning charge debited from your credit/debit card.
A smoking area is provided outside on the patio.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
